Refund policy

At Cheaha Plant Farm, we take pride in the quality of our plants and products. Because plants are living items that can be affected by handling, transportation, and environmental conditions, all sales are considered final. However, we understand that unexpected issues can happen, and we are willing to review return and refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns as a general practice. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
  • Exchanges are available for orders placed for local pickup or delivery, provided the plant or product is in its original, unused condition.
  • We do not offer returns or exchanges once a plant has been unboxed, planted, or otherwise altered from its original condition.
  • All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

Shipping & Transit Damage

Once an order has left our care and is in transit with the shipping carrier, Cheaha Plant Farm is not responsible for damage, delays, or other issues that may occur during transportation. We take care in preparing and packaging orders, but we cannot control how packages are handled once they leave our facility.

Refunds & Damaged or Deceased Plants

If a plant arrives deceased, we may consider a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances.

  • Clear photos and supporting documentation must be provided as proof of the plant’s condition upon arrival.
  • All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Refunds, whether full or partial, are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • The final decision regarding refund eligibility and refund amount is at the discretion of Cheaha Plant Farm.

Important

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery or pickup. Any concerns regarding the condition of your plants or products must be reported within 24 hours so we can properly review the situation.

Thank you for supporting Cheaha Plant Farm and understanding the unique nature of purchasing live plants!
