Nantahala Raspberry (Rubus idaeus ‘Nantahala’) – A productive everbearing raspberry variety developed for performance in Southern growing conditions. Known for its large, firm, bright red berries with a sweet, rich flavor. Produces flavorful fruit that is excellent for fresh eating, baking, desserts, jams, jellies, and homemade preserves. Features delicate white spring blossoms followed by fruit production that typically begins in summer and continues into fall, offering an extended harvest season. Vigorous, upright-growing canes with good adaptability to warmer climates. Prefers full sun to partial shade and fertile, well-draining soil with consistent moisture. Grows approximately 4–5 feet tall and wide. Self-fertile, so a second raspberry plant is not required for fruit production.
