Pink Lemonade Blueberry (Vaccinium ‘Pink Lemonade’) – A unique rabbiteye blueberry variety known for its beautiful pink berries that ripen to a bright rosy-pink color instead of the traditional blue. Produces medium-sized, firm berries with a sweet, mild flavor and a hint of lemony tang. Excellent for fresh eating, baking, desserts, jams, and homemade preserves. Features delicate white to pale pink bell-shaped flowers in spring, followed by attractive green foliage that turns shades of orange and red in fall. Berries typically ripen from mid to late summer. Compact, upright shrub that prefers full sun and acidic, well-draining soil rich in organic matter. Grows approximately 4–5 feet tall and wide. Partially self-fertile, but planting another compatible blueberry variety nearby can improve pollination, berry size, and overall production.
