Caroline Raspberry (Rubus idaeus ‘Caroline’) – A popular everbearing raspberry variety known for its large, deep red berries and exceptionally sweet, rich flavor. Produces firm, juicy fruit with excellent flavor, making it wonderful for fresh eating, baking, desserts, jams, jellies, and homemade preserves. Features delicate white blossoms in spring followed by abundant berry production that typically begins in early summer and continues into fall, providing an extended harvest season. Vigorous, upright-growing canes with good productivity and adaptability to home gardens. Prefers full sun and fertile, well-draining soil with consistent moisture. Grows approximately 4–5 feet tall and wide. Self-fertile, so a second raspberry plant is not required for fruit production.
